Twice a day a very large red boat makes its way out of the Mersey and takes several hundred people to Melbourne. You will watch it from the living room with a cup of tea.

There is a lock up garage and storage under the house for the things you will not throw out.

Then there is the street. Victoria Parade faces the water. The foreshore, the park, the walking track and the bluff are all in easy reach.
Low maintenance is a phrase agents use when they have nothing else. Here it is simply true. No lawn to mow, no gardening, no quarter acre waiting for you on Sunday.
